Using our marks
Please refer to TriOptimum products by their full names, use our marks as adjectives rather than nouns (for example, “AccessNet controllers”), and do not use them in your own product or company names, domain names or social media accounts.
- Write TriOptimum as one word with a capital T and a capital O. Do not abbreviate it to TriOp or TO.
- Use the ® or ™ symbol on the first prominent use of a mark in a document, where the mark is registered or claimed in that country.
- Do not alter the Tri-mark, combine it with your own logo, or use it in a way that suggests TriOptimum endorses your product or service.
- Approved installers and resellers may use the “AccessNet Approved Installer” and “Arden Service Partner” badges under the terms of their agreements.
Former names and marks
The company traded as the Tri-Optimum Instrument Company from 1951 to 1964. Its former marks, including the Model 1 gauge mark and the original 1951 triangle, are kept by the Corporate Archive and may not be used commercially.
Counterfeit products
Counterfeit AccessNet controllers and spare parts are occasionally offered for sale online. They may not be secure. Buy only from approved installers, and report suspected counterfeits to brand.protection@trioptimumcorp.com.
Other names on this site may be trademarks of their owners. Use of another organization’s name does not imply any endorsement.
