TriOptimum is led by an Executive Committee that reports to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and overseen by a Board of Directors, nine of whose eleven members are independent of management.

    Augustin Treloar

    Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

    Augustin Treloar joined TriOptimum Security Products in 1994 as a contracts engineer and ran the division from 2008 to 2013, when he became President and Chief Operating Officer. He has been Chief Executive since 2017 and Chairman since 2019. He studied mechanical engineering at Imperial College London and is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering.

    Marguerite Oyelaran

    President and Chief Operating Officer

    Marguerite Oyelaran is responsible for the operations of all six divisions, global supply chain and manufacturing. She led Medical Systems from 2016 to 2022, a period in which the division doubled in size and introduced Arden. Before TriOptimum she spent fourteen years in hospital operations in Lagos, London and Rotterdam.

    Desmond Achterberg

    Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

    Desmond Achterberg is responsible for finance, treasury, tax, investor relations and corporate development. He joined TriOptimum as Group Treasurer in 2011 from a European industrial group and became Chief Financial Officer in 2019. He is a chartered accountant.

    Priya Raman

    Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

    Priya Raman leads the company’s legal, regulatory, compliance and company secretarial functions. She was previously a partner in the litigation practice of an international law firm in New York and London, and joined TriOptimum as Deputy General Counsel in 2015.

    Dr. Yusuf Brannigan

    Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

    Yusuf Brannigan directs TriOptimum Research Laboratories and the company’s technology strategy, intellectual property and engineering standards. He joined the Laboratories in 1999 as a control-systems researcher and holds 37 patents.

    Helen Strand

    Chief Systems Integrity Officer

    Helen Strand joined the Executive Committee in October 2026 in a new role with company-wide authority over the maintenance, modification and licensing of autonomous systems. She led the systems assurance group at the Halsworth Institute of Reliability Engineering for eleven years, and began her career at TriOptimum Security Products in 1998, working on AccessNet controller firmware.

    Leonie Marchetti

    Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Communications

    Leonie Marchetti is responsible for communications, public affairs, brand and the TriOptimum Corporate Archive. She joined from a global engineering consultancy, where she led corporate communications for nine years.

    Anneliese Brandt

    Chief People Officer

    Anneliese Brandt leads human resources, health and safety, and learning for 118,400 employees. She has worked in Frankfurt, Singapore and Halsworth since joining TriOptimum in 2004.

    Joined in 2002 from the automotive industry. Led the move of the AccessNet line to the K-Series platform.

    Dr. Kwame Asante

    President, Medical Systems

    An intensive-care physician by training. Joined the Arden program as clinical lead in 2015.

    Callum Doyle

    President, Network Services

    Has run networks for TriOptimum since 2001, when he joined the Toronto operations center as a shift engineer.

    Tobias Wendt

    Interim President, Orbital & Research Systems

    Chief Engineer of Orbital & Research Systems since 2023. Joined in 2004 as a structural engineer on Citadel Station.

    Ingrid Haldane

    President, Resources & Materials

    A mining engineer who has worked on four continents and, briefly, in orbit. Joined in 1997.

    Rafael Montserrat

    President, Agrisystems

    Founded a vertical-farming company acquired by TriOptimum in 2012.
