This notice explains what personal information TriOptimum Corporation collects through trioptimumcorp.com, what we do with it and your rights. It does not cover our products, which have their own notices, or our recruitment system, which has its own.
Who we are

What we collect
Very little. This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising technology or tracking of any kind, and it does not load anything from other companies’ servers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for up to 30 days to protect the site against abuse; we do not use them for any other purpose.
The forms on this site, including the contact form and job application forms, do not send what you type anywhere. They display a confirmation in your browser and nothing more. To contact us, please use the email addresses and telephone numbers on the site.
If you write to us by email, we use your message and contact details to reply, and keep them for up to two years unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@trioptimumcorp.com.
International transfers
TriOptimum operates in 47 countries. Where we transfer personal information between them, we protect it with contractual safeguards approved by the relevant authorities.
Records subject to legal hold
Where personal information forms part of records that are subject to a legal hold in connection with litigation or a regulatory proceeding, we may be required to preserve it until the hold is lifted, even if you ask us to delete it. We will tell you if this applies to a request you make.
